  1. Job listings are displayed in a hierarchy during searches: Promoted, then Featured, then Standard listings. Any search choice whittles them down but the hierarchy remains.
  2. You may Promote any listing for 30 days from your Dashboard.
  3. Featured ads start and end as that – they always have a top position.

Company Listings

  1. Featured Companies appear in the Business Directory for one year.
  2. Each of their pages also has lists of their available positions and all the information they choose to include.
  3. Companies MAY use their featured page as an HR Center. Simply copy the URL and link to it from your own site if you need a premade Human Resources Recruiting Center.

Applicants and Applications

  1. Employers may use a simple application form provided by the site. It will email the applicant’s information and/or a resume to the HR email provided.
  2. The Employer may also directly link each job to their own application form.
  3. No copy or record of any applicant’s personal or employment information is retained by OBXjobs.org. The application process is a straight pass-through. We cannot recover lost applications or applications that go to an Employer’s spam folder.
  4. Applicant site usage is not tracked, nor are they asked to store personal information on the site.
  5. Statistics for each job are tracked and available in the Employer Dashboard.
